Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual Property Rights” means:
- copyrights, moral rights, performance rights, database rights and rights in designs;
- trade names, trademarks, service marks, goodwill, rights in get-up and trade dress, rights to sue for passing off, and rights to sue for unfair competition;
- patents and rights in inventions;
- rights in each of know-how, confidential information and trade secrets; any other intellectual property rights, including all rights and interests in domain names and social media accounts; and
- all rights that are similar or equivalent to each of (1) to (5) now or in future,
- in each case (i) anywhere in the world; and (ii) whether registered or unregistered, (including applications, rights to apply and rights to claim priority).
The Yoga Band™design is a UK and EU registered design. G.M Yoga have the right to take legal action against anyone who copies the Yoga Band™ without permission, including counterfeiters.
Photographs and videos used to sell and promote the
Yoga Band™(including on social media platforms or promotional emails), are owned by G.M YOGA©. All such rights are reserved.
