Placing your order/Entering into a contract

The images of the item(s) on the website and in any other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your item(s) may vary slightly from those images - namely in colour, and stretchability.

Once you have placed an order you should receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. If you do not receive this, please contact G.M. YOGA via the website or by email.  Please note that receipt of a confirmation email does not mean acceptance of your order.  All orders are subject to availability.  Once your order has been placed, contact is made with your bank or card issuer to seek the funds to fulfil it in full. Your order will not be processed until this is confirmed. This will be further confirmed to you with a dispatch confirmation email.

Purchase

By purchasing the Yoga Band™ you understand that the elasticity of band will deterioate over time with wear and tear.  In addition, you understand that the may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or poor flexibilty.  It is best suited to people with average flexability. 

Delivery

All purchases are prepared and sent within five working days of the purchase date. Items are delivered using Royal Mail services . G.M. YOGA is not responsible for delays with the postal service used, nor non-receipt of the item to the intended recipient if proof of a signature is not provided.

Items sent abroad may be subject to the customs and excise policy of that country, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The fees and the processes can vary in different countries, so you are advised to research this information to be clear on what the policy, process and procedures are for the country in which your item is being sent to.

Refunds and Returns

You may return items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging – postage for any returned items will be paid for by you. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day you received the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the item. No refund will be issued if the item has been damaged or shows sign of wear.

Faulty items and Replacements

Faulty items purchased online and offline can be returned within 14 days of the order date. G.M. YOGA reserves the right to request evidence, such as images of the defect and a description of the defect, before issuing any refund of the purchase price paid. Delivery costs will not be refunded, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must take into account, the description of the item before requesting a refund or replacement (life span used), The band will need to be returned for inspection.  Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis

The customer may be required to provide proof of purchase

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Intellectual Property Rights” means:

1. copyrights, moral rights, performance rights, database rights and rights in designs;
2. trade names, trademarks, service marks, goodwill, rights in get-up and trade dress, rights to sue for passing off, and rights to sue for unfair competition;
3. patents and rights in inventions;
4. rights in each of know-how, confidential information and trade secrets;  any other intellectual property rights, including all rights and interests in domain names and social media accounts; and
5. all rights that are similar or equivalent to each of (1) to (5) now or in future,
6. in each case (i) anywhere in the world; and (ii) whether registered or unregistered, (including applications, rights to apply and rights to claim priority).

The Yoga Band™design is a UK and EU  registered design . G.M Yoga have the right to take legal action against anyone who copies the

Yoga Band™ without permission, including counterfeiters .

Photographs used to sell and promote the Yoga Band™(including on social media platforms or promotional emails), are owned by G.M YOGA©. All such rights are reserved.

Licence may be granted upon request to copy and sell the item(s) Yoga Band™ - Terms and Conditions will apply with an agreed contract.
