The Yoga Band is soft and easy to grip. This amazingly versatile light strap is used for stretches in Yoga and Pilates. Due to its lightness, and the ability to wear it on your ankle or arm/wrist (or both), it does not interfere with your flow. Due to it's gentle resistance and thickness it is easy to wear, and easier to achieve better posture, form and alignment in your practice. The three loops (two small loops either end for toes or fingers, and a larger loop in the middle for wearing around foot, ankle or arm/wrist), enable the user to adjust easily however much stretch length is required. In addition, if used correctly it aids easier tranistion between postures, when needed.

Elasticity will decrease over time due to wear and tear. The Yoga Band may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or poor flexibilty. It is best suited to people with average flexability.
